Are my Klein tools warrantied?
The Klein products in this on-line store front/ catalogue, manufactured and sold for commercial or industrial uses, are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the normal life of the product, with the exception of the Model 63060 Ratcheting Cable Cutter, which is warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase. THERE ARE NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. At its option, Klein will repair or replace, or refund the purchase price of, any product which fails to conform with this warranty under normal use and service. In no event shall Klein Tools, Uncle Buck Ventures, LLC. or it's affiliate www.kleintoolz.com be held liable for incidental or consequential damage.

How do I exercise my warranty rights?
If your Klein product requires repair, or if you need information on how to exercise your rights under the terms of this warranty, follow these steps:
1) Contact your KLEIN customer support representative toll free at (800) 553-4676 to receive a WRA (Warranty Return Authorization) number
2) Box up the tools and send them to:

Be sure to mark the WRA number on the box.
3) You will receive credit for the returned tools within 7 days. Please include a copy of the freight invoice for shipping reimbursement.
